THE government has pledged to establish a special bank that will serve small entrepreneurs by providing them soft loans with manageable interests apart from the existing efforts to ensure commercial banks provide loans with affordable conditions. The Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office -Investments and Empowerment, Dr Mary Nagu, said on Wednesday that the establishment of the bank goes in like with the government move to see the private sector is well supported to realize its contribution in the national economy.
